2. What information we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us: name, email address, phone number, postcode or area, property and project type, preferred timeline, indicative budget, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Correspondence: emails, messages and call notes relating to your enquiry or project.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through cookies and analytics only where you have consented.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health information) or data about children.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry, survey, quote and deliver your project. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and performance of a contract.
  • To share your details with the installation partner appointed to your project so the work can be surveyed and carried out. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in delivering the service you asked for.
  • To keep records, handle complaints and defend legal claims. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
  • To measure how the website is used. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • To send occasional updates about our services to people who have enquired. Lawful basis: legitimate interests under the soft opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

  • The installation partner and any trades appointed to work on your project.
  • Suppliers and manufacturers, where a delivery or a measure is needed for your kitchen.
  • Service providers that operate our systems on our behalf, including website hosting, database hosting and email delivery. These providers act on our instructions under contract.
  • Professional advisers, insurers or authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for other companies' marketing.

5. International transfers

Our systems are hosted in the UK and the EEA where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months from your last contact with us.
  • Project records, quotations and correspondence: 6 years from completion, so we can honour guarantees and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

7. How we protect your information

Data is held in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and available only to the people who need it to deliver your project. We review access regularly and require our providers to maintain appropriate security measures.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time on our cookie policy page.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Ask us to delete your data where there is no ongoing need to keep it.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
  • Ask us to transfer your data to another provider.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first through our complaints procedure. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published here with the date it was last updated.
