1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you submit through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. How our service works
We plan, design and arrange kitchen installations across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The fitting work itself is carried out by qualified installation partners we appoint, check and work with on an ongoing basis. Depending on the project, your installation contract may be with us or directly with the appointed installation partner. We will tell you in writing, before any work is agreed, who you are contracting with, what is included, and what it costs.
Where your contract for the work is with an appointed installation partner rather than with us, that partner is responsible for the workmanship, pricing, programme and guarantee for that work, and your statutory rights apply against them as the contracting party. Our role in that case is limited to design, co-ordination and introducing you to the partner.
3. Enquiries submitted through this website
When you submit a quote or contact form you are asking us to respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form and accepting these terms you confirm that you understand and agree that:
- The details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, postcode or area, project type, timeline, indicative budget and any notes) may be shared with the installation partner appointed to your project so that your job can be surveyed, quoted and delivered.
- We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the partner working on your project and our own service providers, except where the law requires it.
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for work. No work is agreed until you have a written quotation and you accept it.
- You will provide accurate information, and you will not submit enquiries on behalf of someone else without their permission.
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to delete your enquiry, by emailing hello@kitchenfittersglasgow.com.
4. Quotations and pricing
Prices shown on this website, in guides and in cost ranges are indicative only and are not offers. A binding price is only given in a written quotation following a survey of your property. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where unforeseen work is discovered after a quotation is issued (for example hidden damp, failed plaster, non-compliant wiring or pipework), any additional cost will be set out and agreed in writing before that work proceeds.
5. Your cancellation rights
Where a contract is agreed away from our business premises, for example in your home or online, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask in writing for the work to start within that 14 day period, you may be asked to pay for the work carried out and materials supplied up to the point you cancel. Bespoke and made-to-measure items, such as cut worktops and made-to-order units, may be exempt from the cancellation right once manufacture has begun. Your cancellation rights will be set out in the written quotation or contract for your project.
6. Deposits, payments and guarantees
Payment terms, stage payments and any deposit are set out in the written quotation or contract for your project. Guarantees on workmanship and on manufacturers' products are also set out there. Nothing in those documents removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill and goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your failure to give us accurate information, or for the acts and omissions of an installation partner where your contract for the work is directly with that partner. Website content, including guides, cost ranges and timescales, is published for general information and is not professional advice for your specific property.
8. Use of this website

11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use are explained in our cookie policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you submit an enquiry is the version that applies to that enquiry.
13. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
