Craig has 22 years' experience in plumbing, and specialises in the plumbing and electrical coordination side of kitchen installations — the part of the job that can make or break a project if it isn't planned properly.

He works closely with fitters, electricians and gas engineers to make sure everything lines up before units arrive on site.

As COO, Craig looks after supplier relationships, logistics and scheduling, keeping multiple projects running at once.
