Lewis Cunningham

Lewis has spent close to 35 years working in kitchens, starting his apprenticeship as a joiner in the late 1980s before moving into kitchen fitting full time in the early 1990s.

He spent years working on everything from small galley kitchens in Glasgow tenements to large open plan extensions, building a reputation for precision carpentry and a genuine understanding of how a kitchen needs to work in real life, not just on paper.

After running his own small fitting team for over a decade, Lewis brought together a group of trusted colleagues in 2026 to found Stonefield Kitchens. As CEO, he sets the tone for the business, but he still enjoys getting hands on, especially on jobs involving tricky layouts or older properties where nothing is quite square.
